A few facts about the materials used:

My clothes are made from a very high quality and tightly woven linen-fabric.

The linen is dyed and laundered before being sewn to avoid any unpleasant surprises after laundry, such as shrinkage or loss of colour. Even though the clothes won’t shrink, they do contract somewhat when washed but this will adjust itself after wearing the clothes for a while. The knitted clothes may twist a little during laundry, but if you pull gently on the seams they will return to their original shape. They can also be ironed back into shape.

I recommend washing the clothes at 40°C/104°F and soft cycle spin-drying. Iron the clothes while they’re still damp. For black clothes, I recommend ironing on the reverse side. Knitted clothes should be dried on a flat surface.

Although the silk used in my clothes can be hand washed, I recommend dry cleaning.
